Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RarxConnect service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Service Description
RarxConnect provides a DDoS protection proxy service for FiveM game servers. The Service includes, but is not limited to: custom subdomain provisioning under rarxconnect.com, TCP/UDP proxy forwarding, DDoS attack mitigation, IP address masking, connection statistics and monitoring, and emergency IP rotation. The Service is designed to proxy network traffic from players to your game server while filtering malicious traffic. RarxConnect does not host game servers or game content.
3. Account Terms
You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials associated with your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You may not use another person's account without their permission. One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) proxy traffic for any service other than legitimate FiveM game servers; (b) transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable material; (c) intentionally generate, direct, or participate in DDoS attacks or other network abuse against any target; (d) use the Service to hide the origin of malicious traffic; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to RarxConnect systems or networks; (f) resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent; (g) use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure; (h) violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are non-refundable except as expressly stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. If payment fails, we will attempt to collect the outstanding amount and may suspend your Service if payment is not received within 7 days. You may cancel your subscription at any time; the Service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
6. Service Level
RarxConnect targets 99.9% uptime for proxy services, excluding scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via our Discord server and status page. While we employ enterprise-grade OVH infrastructure capable of mitigating attacks up to 1.3 Tbps, we do not guarantee protection against all forms of network attacks. In the event of extended downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours (excluding scheduled maintenance), affected paid users may request a prorated credit for the downtime period by contacting support within 7 days of the incident.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RarxConnect and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. 9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RarxConnect and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, via email or a prominent notice on the Service. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Spain. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
